Views Galore!
Until you're here you cannot truly appreciate the views from this very private, large, 474 SF rooftop deck! The full height staircase enclosure walls separate you from your neighbor to the east; and there is not an occupiable rooftop to your west. Install your own retractable awning over the rooftop openings, add heavy-duty exterior curtains & and a gas heater to give you a truly amazing, year-round space to enjoy!
Hot Tub
Approximately 233 SF of the rooftop deck has been designed to support a Hot Tub. Wiring, as required for a 220 volt/50-amp Hot Tub, has been roughed in.
Gas Appliances
A rooftop gas line is available for firepits, heaters or a gas gill.
Water
The rooftops have been equipped with an exterior hose bib to help wash down your patio pavers, install cooling misters, fill your hot tub, or to bathe your favorite dogs.
Flooring
24" x 24" Porcelain pavers supported by adjustable pedestals bring a high level of finish/design to the rooftops while allowing for drainage to the sloped rubber membrane roofing below.
Lighting
Dimmable bistro lighting installed between the skylight-like roof openings creates a flexible ambiance for evening entertaining.
Television
Communications' wiring (Cat6 and Coax cabling) and power are installed for your entertainment systems.
